1. About Forcom

Forcom is a one-suite employee communication and management platform designed to help organizations connect, engage, train, and support their workforce through digital tools including communication, safety engagement, training, payroll communication, and analytics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Services. If you are using Forcom on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all data and content uploaded to Forcom ("User Content").

By using the Services, you grant Forcom a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Is accurate and appropriate for workplace use

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

Forcom implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard data, but no system is completely secure.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Services, including software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content, is owned by or licensed to FORCOM LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services
• Use our branding without prior written consent

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Forcom may:

• Suspend Services temporarily or permanently

We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• For violation of these Terms
• For non-payment
• If required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forcom disclaims all warranties, including:

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORCOM LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FORCOM LLC, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any laws or third-party rights

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
